Hundreds of gooney birds sit on a runway and damage the planes as they land, so Captain Sure Shot decides to hunt down all of the gooney birds and shoot them to protect his planes. A gooney mom leaves her baby egg at the door of Chilly's igloo so he can protect her baby from the captain.
